CPQi is pleased to announce the appointment of Esteban De Bernardis to the position of Chief Financial Officer. In this key role Esteban will focus on leading CPQi’s finance function, reporting to the Chief Exec Terry Boyland.

Esteban is a global executive with wide ranging experience in finance, accounting, cross-border M&A transactions, business integrations, negotiation and debt/equity financing.

Previously Esteban served as CFO for the CSA Group, contributing to their successful global expansion into new markets and business segments through his M&A work. He holds a Chartered Accounting qualificiation from Argentina, with a BA in business and has pursued postgraduate studies in International Business and Marketing. He also holds an Executive MBA from Rotman (University of Toronto). Further he is a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA).

The previous CFO Rolf Andersen will continue on as an advisor to the board.
