Hi Glauebia, thank you for joining us today to let us know more about your CPQi experience. So, to start off with, what brought you to CPQi?
I came to CPQi through the referral program. I had never worked in a technology company, so during the selection process I was very excited about the challenge of coming to a type of company and industry I had not worked in yet.
We hear congrats are in order, you’ve been working at CPQi for 8 years! How have CPQi supported you through your professional journey?
I grew a lot professionally at CPQi. I started as an analyst and today I am responsible for the Personnel Department in Brazil. I have always had a lot of confidence in the company and in my work , which is very important for professional development.
What project are you particularly proud of working on during your time with CPQi?
I’m part of the administrative department at the company, I’ve always worked in the Personnel Department and I’m very proud to see all the growth that the sector has had and is having and with my contribution.
Could you tell us about a time someone made you feel special at CPQi.
I recently completed a 6-month chemotherapy treatment and CPQi gave me so much support, flexibility and empathy and a beautiful bouquet on the day of my last chemotherapy and that made me feel very special. I am very grateful.
Have you made friends who will last forever at CPQi?
Yes, no doubt.
Why did you choose to work at CPQi?
Because it seemed like a great challenge and CPQi is both a multinational and prestigious company.
Why do you like working at CPQi?
Because I can apply all my knowledge in a sector that I love to work in, besides having confidence and autonomy to execute my work and manage the Personnel Department.
Tell us about the best day you ever had at CPQi.
The day the process implementation and improvement started working. Being part of a process implementation is very challenging and seeing it through is very important.
What ambitions do you have for your future at CPQi?
To perform my work with excellence and improve every day so that my work is reflected in the best possible way to the internal customer, who are our employees.
