What brought you to CPQi?
What brought me to CPQi was the possibility of working on projects with the most renowned clients in the financial markets. Not only that, but I was also able to see after some time working within the organization that it is a company that supports its employees.
How have CPQi supported you through your professional journey?
CPQi helped me in my career in a way that enabled me to work on different challenging projects and I was lucky enough to be a part of a team that values collaboration and fostered me to progress by finding solutions to existing obstacles.
In addition to that, the company supported me with my move to Canada. They’ve helped expand my professional background at an international level.
What project are you particularly proud of working on during your time with CPQi?
There are several projects that I’ve had the privilege of working on, but the one that stands out the most for me is the project I worked on with Banco Original.
On this occasion, I was able to participate in the setup of the first digital bank in Brazil. It can be said that it was actually the project that pioneered digital banks within the country and that triggered the emergence of others in Brazil.
Could you tell us about a time someone made you feel special at CPQi
Of all the positive aspects of CPQi, the people I’ve had the opportunity to work with are the best. Without these people and the team spirit that the company brings, I wouldn’t have been successful in the projects that I’ve worked on.
The support and partnership I received from my co-workers made me feel special.
Have you made friends who will last forever at CPQi?
For sure! Mainly when I came to Canada in which I went through an adaptation phase. Some of my colleagues helped me in adjusting not only to the work environment but also to the culture. Learning from each other was extremely valuable and I believe that without that friendly environment I would have not developed the confidence that I have today in my work.
Why did you choose to work at CPQi?
I found that CPQi permits me to work in great opportunities in projects for well-known clients as well as provide the support to do my work properly.
What ambitions do you have for your future at CPQi?
I aim to continue working in the role that I currently have but in other exciting projects as well as possibly take on a leadership role managing a team of developers.
