What brought you to CPQi?

I actually left CPQi in 2012, but I already knew that I wanted to come back someday. I know the many challenges of working in the financial market but also all the opportunities they bring to my career. Of course, that the fact of CPQi being a multinational company also weighs heavily on the decision in choosing a workplace.

How has CPQi helped you in your professional career ?

It was at CPQi that I started my career as a software developer. In 2010 I was hired as an intern to work on a project for one of the largest banks in the world. And with all the support that the company and my co-workers gave me, I was evolving and improving myself more and more until I got to where I am today.

We face many challenges in our day-to-day work for CPQi’s big clients, but at the same time, CPQi provides us with all the support we need -with courses, trainings, and reimbursement of certifications. CPQi has a very good support structure for their employees and this helps us to grow professionally and consequently, to be recognized and praised by our customers.

Which project are you particularly proud to work on during your time with CPQi?

I have been working on two Corporate Action projects for Equity and for Bonds. I am delighted to see this first Equity project already in production and how it is positively impacting users’ lives. This is also noticeable in the constant praise that the team has been receiving from the user area.

Can you tell us about a time when someone at CPQi made you feel special?

I believe that when our opinion is asked, heard, and taken into account, it makes us feel special in a way, because you realize that you really are part of a team. This happens constantly in the team that I’m currently in.

Do believe you have made friends for life at CPQi?

This is actually my second time working at CPQi. My first work experience at CPQi took place between 2010 and 2012, right at the beginning when the company had just opened. So I know a lot of people who are still in the company from the beginning to others who have already left and decided to go on another journey. So yes, I have a lot of friends who are still or who have gone through CPQi at some point.

Why do you like working at CPQi?

I like working at CPQi because of the support the company gives to its employees, which without a doubt, is a big difference in relation to other firms. I see this daily being allocated on a client who has people from other consultancy firms.

What ambitions do you have for your future at CPQi?

One day I would like to work on international projects at CPQi and for that to happen I must invest in improving my English.
