1. What brought you to CPQi?
What motivated me to work at CPQi was the opportunity to learn new technologies as well as the contact and interaction I would have with other professionals located in other countries.
2. How has CPQi supported you through your professional journey?
CPQi has always sought to encourage the professional career of its employees. Whether through certifications or study materials, to acquire knowledge is never enough.
One of the first certifications I got was the AWS Cloud Practitioner. In addition to other internal certifications such as those aimed at the Calypso platform.
3. Could you tell us about a time someone made you feel special at CPQi
Yes. Once when a co-worker asked me to perform the daily ceremony call which consists of delegating tasks, something he did daily. I found it very interesting and felt like a manager passing on the activities of my colleagues to the PO.
4. Have you made friends who will last forever at CPQi?
Sure. In each project that I´ve worked on, friendships have ended up materializing. I can mention Rafael Lopes and Robert Michel as examples of friendships of over1 and a half years. Meyerbeer Silveira and Thallys Barroso were also great working partners. And with every new project and new client, new friendships are being made.
5. Why did you choose to work at CPQi?
The main goal was the opportunity to have an international career, as it was something I’ve always wanted to do and I hope to have one day.
6. Why do you like working at CPQi?
I like CPQi for its flexible schedules, the ease of talking to anyone regardless of their position, as well as the autonomy to manage our activities taking into account commitment and responsibility.
7. What ambitions do you have for your future at CPQi?
I think that with each cycle that I complete at the company, I have always sought to do my best with all the effort and dedication possible. This is all part of the development process. The ambition I have at the moment is to keep doing my best and helping my co-workers whenever possible.
